ABOUT KISIMA

Hosted at Beneath the Baobabs in Kilifi, Kisima Festival is Kenya’s only transformational wellbeing festival. It runs for four days from 21st November to 24th 2024.  In Kiswahili Kisima means ‘well’ – a gathering space and a space for wellbeing and nourishment and connection to community.

Kisima Festival is set in a stunning 50 acre baobab forest, and offers holistic wellbeing workshops, classes, talks and  panel discussions based around the five elements – Ignite, Inspire, Ground, Flow and Ether. Come and explore all five elements throughout your journey at Kisima Festival!

We are gathering Kenya’s best and brightest wellbeing practitioners in one space to offer you the most holistic view of wellness.

THE KISIMA COLLECTIVE

Kisima Festival is on a mission to increase the awareness and inclusivity of the wellness space in Kenya. We aim to achieve this by highlighting the multitude of available practices, traditional and innovative alike, that support individuals and communities to thrive.

The Kisima Collective (TKC) is the CBO arm of Kisima Festival. TKC is dedicated to making holistic wellbeing practices more accessible for Kenyans. To meet this aim, Kisima Festival gives 25% of it’s tickets away on scholarship through our network of NGOs that support beneficiaries with health services.

We invite you to support us to continue this work by giving a donation to The Kisima Collective, or buying an extra ticket through our “pay it forward” scheme!
