– Reflexology therapy -type of massage that is based on a theory that the body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. 3,000ksh
– Injuries and specific area rehabilitation -a deep tissue massage that works on specific muscle pain and injury to expel tightness and enhance relief. 4,500 ksh.
– Prenatal massage – Massage that improves blood circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue for pregnant women. 5,000ksh.
– Four hand massage- A massage session with two therapists working in a synchronized pattern. 8,000ksh

Embodied Coaching with Manka
Embodiment: Emotional Release Tools and Embodied Emotions Therapy
Manka brings a unique and embodied approach to mental health, combining somatic, breathwork and mindfulness practices to provide a safe release for emotions and stress stored in the body. In this workshop, Manka will give you an introduction to Embodiment and emotional release techniques such as TRE, Shaking, Grief release.
